Key responsibilities: * Advising clients on a wide range of commercial law matters, including contract negotiation, intellectual property, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance. * Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents. * Conducting legal research and analysis to provide sound and practical legal advice. * Representing clients in negotiations and dispute resolution. * Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. * Keeping up-to-date with changes in commercial law and sharing knowledge within the firm. * collaborating with other legal professionals and support staff to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. To be successful in this role you will: * Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 2 years' experience, * Have a broad range of company and commercial experience, * Strong knowledge of commercial law and relevant regulations, * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, * Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services to clients, * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, * Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service, * Strong communication and negotiation skills, * Competent IT skills.
