An award-winning firm are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Crawley. They are looking for an experienced Commercial Solicitor to provide expert legal advice and support to their clients in Crawley and surrounding areas. Key responsibilities: * Advising clients on a wide range of commercial law matters, including contract negotiation, intellectual property, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance. * Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents. * Conducting legal research and analysis to provide sound and practical legal advice. * Representing clients in negotiations and dispute resolution. * Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. * Keeping up-to-date with changes in commercial law and sharing knowledge within the firm. * collaborating with other legal professionals and support staff to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. To be successful in this role you will: * Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 2 years' experience, * Have a broad range of company and commercial experience, * Strong knowledge of commercial law and relevant regulations, * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, * Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services to clients, * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, * Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service, * Strong communication and negotiation skills, * Competent IT skills.
