Job Scope:

We are looking to recruit a Community Psychiatric Nurse to join us at one of the brands of Catalyst Care Group - Nurseline Community Services.

As a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you will lead in showcasing value to commissioners through data driven improvements, upskilling clinicians, and ensuring informed clinical decisions. With a focus on crisis management and continuous practice enhancements, as a Community Psychiatric Nurse you'll drive quality improvements and contribute to our team's success. As a key player in care planning and documentation, you'll ensure seamless communication within the healthcare team.

Aligning with business strategies, the Community Psychiatric Nurse will support the growth of our psychiatric community nursing team while advocating for clinician wellbeing and fostering a positive work environment.

Do you have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
  • Registered Nurse qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Psychiatric Nurse, preferably in a community or mental health setting.
  • Additional qualification or certification in psychiatric nursing, training in crisis intervention and management.
  • Proven leadership in clinical roles, with strong clinical and assessment skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, the capacity to effectively lead and guide clinical teams, and proficiency in crisis management.
  • Apply expertise in conducting dynamic risk assessments, developing care plans, and conducting reviews in coordination with various relevant professional entities.
  • Driving License
