We’re looking for a Community Housing Officer to join our Neighbourhood Team.

Our Community Housing Officers work to build trust and positive relationships with residents, between residents and with partners to support flourishing neighbourly places. They aim to provide an excellent tenancy management, mediation and holistic ASB service, signposting and providing guidance as required.

Successful candidates should have the following in order to thrive in this role:

  • Experience of excellent, face to face customer service experience
  • Experience of successful and effective collaborative working, internally and with external agencies, to achieve goals.
  • Demonstrable work with SMART objectives and proactively striving to exceed performance targets set.
  • A good level of digital competency.
  • Demonstrable experience of responding sensitively to a diverse client group ensuring barriers are minimised or removed.
  • Understanding of good practice, legislative and regulatory requirements relating to social housing.
