• Duration: 3 months (ongoing)
• Schedule: Full-time, Days
• Start Date: ASAP
• Rate of Pay: £25.50 per hour

Day in the life of an RMN: As a mental health nurse specialising in the community, you'll play a pivotal role in patient care:

• Conducting home visits to ensure patients' needs are met.
• Administering medications promptly and efficiently.
• Engaging with patients to understand their conditions and monitor progress.
• Performing risk assessments to maintain patient safety.

Requirements and Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Active NMC registration as a mental health nurse.
• Proven experience in a community setting, care coordination desired.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle pressure.
