Community Complex Care Nurse RGN - Derby

Location – Remote Working with client visits across Derbyshire

The Role

  • Excellent Salary which is negotiable depending on experience
  • Full-Time
  • Case load of clients – mixture of Adults and Children

Criteria

  • Qualified RGN
  • Previous experience of working in the community preferred
  • Previous experience working in a complex care or critical care setting preferred
  • Full UK Driving Licence and car owner
  • Care planning experience
  • Strong clinical skills

Our client helps provide care to a variety of people suffering from complex needs within their own home across the Derbyshire region, promoting independence and the ability for their clients to live their life to their fullest.

They are currently looking for an experienced Registered Nurse RGN with a strong background in working in a community setting and with experience in developing care plans. You will have a client case load based in and around Derby to provide ongoing visits to create care and support plans, undertake annual support reviews, rick assessments, inductions, supervisions, staff training and other visits necessary to keep the person safe.
