Are you a Care Assistant looking to provide advanced one-to-one day sits variety of service users with complex and intricate needs?

You will be instrumental in delivering person-centred care to the elderly and vulnerable in the North Somerset area primarily, Portishead, Nailsea and Weston-Super-Mare.

Network Healthcare is a nationwide home care provider with specialist departments for domiciliary care, live-in care, complex care, and learning disabilities support.

We aim to facilitate independence for all our service users so they can reach their full capabilities with dignity and respect within their own homes.

This role would suit an experienced care assistant looking to provide long and short day sits (2-12 hours).

THE ROLE:

  • Long and short day sits (2 hours - 12 hours)
  • Assist with personal care, support with food and fluid, light domestic duties, and mobility.
  • Medication Support

THE PERSON:

  • Experienced Care Assistant
  • Looking for full-time or part-time work
  • Full Driving License & own vehicle required
