Day in the Life of an RMN: As a mental health nurse specializing in the community, you'll play a crucial role in patient care by:

• Conducting visits to ensure patient needs are met
• Administering medication at scheduled times
• Communicating with patients to understand their conditions and monitor progress
• Performing risk assessments to maintain patient safety

Requirements:

• Active NMC registration as a mental health nurse
• Community experience, early intervention preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
• Dedication to delivering high-quality patient care
