Join our dynamic team in Swansea as a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CAMHS) and embrace a new challenge in mental health care. We're seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a background in community nursing to make a meaningful impact in our ongoing mission.

  • Job Role: CPN - CAMHS
  • Band: 6
  • Location: Swansea
  • Duration: 3 months (ongoing)
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday / 09:00 - 17:00 
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Rate of Pay: £38 - £40 per hour (based on experience)

As an RMN specialising in community care, your role is pivotal in providing compassionate and effective patient care.

Here's what your day could entail:

  • Conducting thorough community visits to ensure patients' needs are met.
  • Administering medications promptly and accurately as prescribed.
  • Engaging with patients, understanding their conditions, and tailoring support accordingly.
  • Conducting risk assessments to maintain a safe environment for patients throughout their treatment journey.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Active NMC registration as a mental health nurse.
  • Demonstrated experience in community nursing within CAMHS.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to excel under pressure.
  • Adaptability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
