Exciting Opportunity for a Community Psychiatric Nurse in Surrey!

Are you a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a passion for community care? We have an ongoing opportunity that promises new challenges and rewarding experiences.

  • Rate of Pay: £28 - £33 per hour

A Day in the Life of an RMN: Join us in making a difference in patients' lives as you play a pivotal role in their care journey:

  • Conducting thorough community visits to ensure patients' needs are addressed.
  • Administering medications promptly and accurately to support patients' treatment plans.
  • Engaging empathetically with patients to understand their conditions and track progress.
  • Conducting risk assessments to ensure patient safety throughout their treatment.

Requirements and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Active registration with the NMC as a mental health nurse.
  • Demonstrated experience in community care.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
  • A balance of independence and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional care to every patient.
