An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our esteemed community healthcare team (Band 5) in Bishops Stortford.

Position: Community Registered General Nurse (RGN) - Band 5

Location: Bishops Stortford

Pay: £21 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • IV administration, Doppler assessment, Syringe Driver, Catheterisation, Wound compression and bandaging etc.
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care in accordance with professional standards, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients are met with precision.
  • Conduct thorough health assessments, formulate evidence-based care plans, and collaborate seamlessly with diverse healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Engage in strategic health promotion initiatives, providing educational support to patients and families on preventive care, self-management, and holistic well-being
  • Foster strong working relationships with multidisciplinary teams, including community healthcare providers, social workers, and support staff, to enhance the quality of patient care.

Requirments

  • Adult registered nurse with experience working in the community (NHS)
  • Driver
  • Free to work Monday – Friday, ideally full time, part time options also available
  • NMC Pin.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Competent with clinical requirements of the role.
