The objectives of the Marketing Communication function, is to create efficiencies in communication and maximise return on investment whilst adding value to our customers' experience, working across all disciplines of marketing mix.

The Communications Specialist will play a vital part in spearheading the development of Global Transport messaging by producing engaging and creative copy for all Marketing Communications channels.

Support the roll out of campaigns, events and digital initiatives and other Marketing Communications projects which drive the development of the Transport markets.

Directly support our overall positioning and marketing strategy for the global Transport going forward.

  • Write and edit copy across all print and digital marketing materials (e.g. brochures, website, EDMs, social media, PR articles, advertising etc.) in line with project briefs and deliver across all global regions
  • Take ownership of annual communications calendar to ensure creation, delivery and publication of all content in line with key milestones outlined by the wider marketing plan
  • Engage with business-wide stakeholders to facilitate accuracy checking of content and capture / action any amendments to ensure the smooth running of the approvals process
  • Drive collateral development to ensure all approved content is passed on to design teams and work closely to close the loop until sales receive final versions (ensuring all work is in sync with agreed timelines)
  • Responsible for the build, segmentation and reporting for all Global Transport EDMs using Marketo
