As our Communications & Public Affairs Manager you will help build and protect our brand and reputation. Communicating timely and targeted content and messages to our markets, stakeholders, customers and staff. You will support engagement, performance and growth through creating, producing, distributing and evaluating internal and external marketing and communications across Ingeus and its divisions/businesses and marketplaces.

Your day-to-day duties will include operational management of team activities, brand management, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to advise and support on campaigns, and monitoring and evaluating our impact to ensure we continuously improve our effectiveness. You will be a key member of our dynamic team, supporting the successful delivery of Ingeus marketing and communications strategy.

This is a great opportunity to utilise your expertise in marketing and communications, as you will get involved in the following:

  • Brand management, including all sub- and product brands, and ensuring up-to-date, accurate brand guidelines
  • Developing creative campaigns and marketing plans to attract, engage and retain customers
  • Creating relevant and high-quality content for all channels and platforms
  • Writing compelling, engaging human interest stories and case studies
  • Delivering our digital strategy
  • Producing material to support sales objectives
  • Event management and support
  • Establishing and embedding frameworks, policies and processes to ensure high quality outcomes and best practice
  • Managing agency partners

We are looking for an applicant with strong marketing and communications experience. Someone who has proven success in managing a broad range of integrated activity alongside team/department management.. This role will suit someone with excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong project and stakeholder management.

This role requires excellent working knowledge of .net content management systems, sharepoint, mailchimp, hootsuite, google analytics and indesign.

This is a permanent vacancy with a salary on offer of between £55,000 and £65,000 depending on experience. Although this is a home working/hybrid working arrangement and we welcome candidates based anywhere in the UK, for practical purposes you will be ideally located in, or around West Midlands region as regular travel will be required to our offices in Birmingham city centre.
