My Client is currently seeking a Communications and Events Officer to join a friendly and dynamic team.

Your Role

Within the brands London campus, you will be in charge of the following:

  • Propose an annual external communications plan.
  • Propose an annual internal communications plan with objectives such as fostering a sense of belonging among students, streamlining information flow, promoting happiness, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to client loyalty through innovative proposals (Student experience).
  • Manage editorial planning in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Deploy communication plans within budgetary constraints.
  • Manage campus social media accounts and contribute to the development of relevant communication tools in order to increase the school reputation.
  • Promote professionalisation initiatives such as internships, student experiences, events, and study trips abroad.
  • Participate in promoting international training products in collaboration with the International Department.
  • Develop internal communication strategies by proposing and creating relevant communication media (Articles, press releases, newsletters, web news, videos, photo reports) to streamline internal communication and highlight students, pedagogy, faculty, and alumni.
  • Enhance events through internal and external communication plans.
  • Promote and engage with our network of partners.
  • Participation in campus fairs, including logistics, stand management, promotion, and training student ambassadors.
  • Organise and coordinate events with the Corporate Relations Officer.
  • Support with students deals.
  • Communication support to Corporate Relations Officer.
  • Cultivate a culture of reporting, analysing actions and returns on investment, and proposing corrective measures.
  • Allocate up to 15% of time to work with the Group International department in Paris by providing content to promote the group globally.

Your profile

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Communications.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably within the education sector.
  • Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in print and digital communication tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Community Management.
  • Proficiency in software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (Adobe), and Microsoft Office, along with video editing skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with content writing capabilities.
