Are you looking for a new opportunity as a Commissioning Engineer in the water industry? Are you passionate and ready to make a positive change? If so, then read on!

I am looking for an experienced Commissioning Operator to work in the Kent and Sussex area. The perfect applicant will have knowledge and experience working on projects within wastewater or water treatment.

Role: Commissioning Operator

Location: Kent and Sussex

Contract: Freelance

Rate: £350-400 per day- Outside IR-35

When: ASAP

Duties will include:

  • Provide commissioning assistance
  • Participate in continuous improvement
  • Be commercially aware
  • Assure effective documentation is completed
  • Work effectively with your colleague to ensure site investigations are conducted efficiently
  • Participate in the acquisition and storing of business and technical knowledge
  • Maintain Health and Safety levels.
  • Recognise that Health and Safety considerations are central to all tasks
  • Report safety issues responsibly

Skills Required:

  • Commercial / Electrical or Mechanical background
  • Wastewater experience
  • Undertaken a similar role in the past
  • Able to travel widely within region
  • CSCS Card

Skills Desirable:

  • Ambitious and dynamic personality
  • MEICA/Civil works multi-disciplined interfacing
  • Experience of working on Water Industry construction projects, preferably with experience of large and complex deliveries
  • Someone with a commitment to Right first time
