Commis Chef Responsibilities:- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of a chef or senior cook.- Follow recipes, portion control guidelines, and food safety regulations.- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.- Help with inventory management and stock rotation.- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food production and timely service.- Assist in supervising and training junior kitchen staff.- Adhere to all health and safety standards.

Experience:- Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred as a Commis Chef or Kitchen Porter.- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.- Basic understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
