We are looking for a Commis Chef to join a stunning café, located on a clifftop, we are surrounded by spectacular views

This is a great oppoutunity to join a prestigious business with plenty of scope to develop further.

Key Information:
* Salary: £10 per hour
* Location: Barton On Sea
* Contract: Permanent
* Hours: 5/7 days, finish at 5pm Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs & Sun - cooking until 8pm Friday and Saturday so finish at 9pm.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:
*Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food preparation
*Preparation of fresh quality dishes with good quality ingredients locally sourced.
*Preparation, cooking and presentation of food to agreed standards.
*Help with preparation of food items and maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen
*Work alongside the kitchen team

Required skills include:
*A basic understanding of produce and ingredients
*Experience in the kitchen
*Basic knowledge of food production methods
*Embrace new ideas and processes
*Positive and approachable manner

In order to be successful, you'll need to have:
*Experience working in a similar environment
*Ability to follow instructions
*High Standards of hygiene
