My client, a multinational law firm, is looking for a commercial lawyer to join their Managed Legal Services (MLS) team. The MLS team design outcome focussed solutions with clients, combining high quality, flexible and agile people with tech to meet these needs. Clients achieve more through simplification, standardisation and automation of their processes and documents.

Requirements

  • Qualified Lawyer with 3 - 5 years’ PQE gained within a busy private practice or inhouse legal team
  • Strong commercial awareness and a solid understanding of industry trends, risk mitigation and able to recognise and drive efficiencies
  • Technical excellence in drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a wide range of mainstream commercial contracts work
  • Highly responsive, able to manage to deadlines and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Familiar and comfortable with working with technology for document drafting, review and matter management
