Commercial Gas Engineer

Pertemps are recruiting for a gas engineer in Tamworth.You will work predominately Monday - Friday, be provided with a salaried income, Plus O.T and call out payments.Oil and or Commercial qualifications would be advantageous and will be reflected in remuneration. The successful candidate will be required to participate in an out of hours call out. Overtime is available to all staff members.

Salary: £36K - £40K

Responsibilities
  • Undertaking annual gas servicing and safety checks
  • Respond to boiler breakdowns and identify faults
  • Communicate information with our customer services team using our bespoke PDA and property software.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service
  • Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during your daily work.


Skills and Qualifications
  • City and Guilds or ACS qualified in Domestic and Commercial Gas
  • Capable of working to the company’s high standards of Health and Safety
  • Full driver’s license holders
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
