Panoramic Associates is currently seeking an experienced Estates Surveyor to join a Local Authority team for an initial 6-month contract based in Hertfordshire. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to property management and development initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with internal and external clients, members of the public, and officers.
• Measuring property in accordance with the RICS Code of Measuring Practice.
• Preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules of works for tendering/quotations.
• Contract administration of projects, including issuing certificates, variation orders, and certifying payments.
• Identifying building defects and providing recommendations for repair, including preparing estimates.
• Preparing budget estimates, costs, and outline specifications during the design process.
