Description
- Provide comprehensive support to a team of attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents including leases, contracts and property agreements.
- Conduct research on legal issues relevant to ongoing cases and transactions.
- Coordinate with clients and other involved parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Maintain and manage client files effectively, ensuring confidentiality and organisation.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and managing attorney calendars.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to commercial real estate.
Profile
A successful Commercial Real Estate Paralegal should have:
- An academic background in law or paralegal studies.
- Experience in a law firm, particularly in commercial real estate.
- Proficiency in legal research and document preparation.
