Commercial Real Estate Associate

This Mayfair-based law firm would like to hire a Solicitor to join their renowned commercial real estate team on a permanent and fulltime basis.

This role will be based in London and the firm delivers exceptional legal results to their clients who are principally from the real estate and private wealth sectors.

About the individual:

• You will ideally have 3 - 5 years PQE from another similar or city firm.
• Relevant experience acting for institutions and larger corporate enterprises is needed.

About the Role

• You will need to show competence in dealing with landlord and tenant (as a matter of basic requirement), investment purchases with a multi-let focus/certificates of title/disposals along with having an eye for development.
• This is including advising on constraints and being commercially aware of practical issues and how to resolve them.
• You will also need to show competency in ESG and its application across the life cycle of an asset.
