Commercial Real Estate Associate

This London based law firm are currently seeking a talented Associate to join their commercial real estate practice.

The team delivers exceptional legal results to their clients who are principally from the real estate and private wealth sectors.

Job Summary

• You will ideally have 1 - 3 years PQE from another similar or city firm.
• You should have a good grounding in commercial real estate matters, particularly in relation to landlord & tenant, asset management and due diligence.
• Any experience working on sales, acquisitions and/or financings would be desirable.
• The workload will be varied and will provide the opportunity to act for a variety of clients including institutional investors, developers and lenders.
