Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor, looking to find your niche?

This leading firm is searching for a standout solicitor to join the team of Real Estate experts in their London office. Become their new Commercial Real Estate and Licensing Solicitor, and benefit from the wisdom of several Legal 500 Recommended Lawyers.

With state-of-the-art offices located near Blackfriars Station, this firm is looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer experienced in dealing with licenses and leases to support and work closely with two partners in the team.

What does this Commercial Real Estate and Licensing role entail?

This team acts for several household names in the telecommunications industry who require a great deal of attention. You'll be negotiating and drafting both licenses and leases, and, where necessary, issuing proceedings to seek the rights for the installation of masts on sites throughout the UK.

You'll support the senior lawyers in your team in dealing with the acquisition of sites as well as then obtaining licensing / leases for projects based within these sites. In return, they will offer bespoke guidance as you become a specialist in telecoms related legal matters.

Place yourself in a position to gain invaluable exposure in terms of both your clientele and caseload throughout your career with this firm, while benefiting from their wider legal offering and stellar support staff.

To become a Commercial Real Estate and Licensing Solicitor, you will ideally have:
  • Between 1 and 4 years of post-qualification experience as a Commercial Property Lawyer, up to Associate level,
  • Experience dealing with drafting and negotiating licenses and leases,
  • Previous telecoms / telecommunications industry experience would be ideal but not essential.

This firm takes pride in its inclusivity and encourages contributions to the wider community. These include networks for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, disability, and sociability for work experience students, as well as attendance at employment law clinics and reading schemes at local schools, environmental charity volunteering, and involvement in local business networks.

If you have a keen interest in this particular legal specialism, get in touch! We'd love to hear from you.
