Our client, an established and independent multi-disciplined business, is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Property Specialist to lead their busy and diverse commercial property department, where they handle all types of commercial properties, from shops and offices to industrial units, investment properties, and development land. Be part of a dynamic team committed to excellence in property services.
As part of this role, you will manage a wide-ranging commercial property portfolio, providing essential services to clients in the Melton Mowbray region.
Responsibilities:
Transition management
Legal compliance
Lease reviews
Property inspections
Tenant management
Business development
Qualifications and Skills:
RICS qualification preferred
Experience in managing commercial, industrial, and retail property portfolios
Adaptability to new legislative changes related to property management
Strong client relationship-building skills
Effective teamwork and proactive work approach
Driving Licence essential
Areas of Expertise (but not limited to):
Agency (buying and selling)
Property management
Landlord and tenant matters
Valuations (including RICS Red Book)
Rent reviews
Lease renewals
Land and development
Expert witness services
