A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a commercial property solicitor to join a reputable commercial property team in Shrewsbury. The firm offers on-site car parking, hybrid working and opportunities to progress internally through to partnership. 

The firm

Our client is well recognised in Shropshire. The firm offers an open plan, paper light working environment and has a strong case management system in place! 

The role 

The role will involve managing your own caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion. You will be working alongside a partner and will have access to a shared legal support to enable you to focus on the legal work. The role will require you get involved in Business Development and networking opportunities to support the growth of the department. 

The person 

To be considered you must have at least 4 years PQE upwards with the ability to handle your own caseload of commercial property matters. You must also be strong at developing existing and building new relationships with a desire to progress within the firm! This role requires experience of using a case management system, exceptional IT skills and somebody who is able to work as part of a team.
