• Well established Commercial Property department advises a wide range of clients including multinational organisations, small local companies, agricultural and rural businesses, and developers.
• The newly appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will have at least 3 years PQE and be seeking an opportunity where you can play a key role in the on-going growth and success of the department.
• You will be advising on a commercial property matters including landlord & tenant, commercial and residential developments, acquisitions and disposals of property and land, property finance and agricultural property.
• It is essential that you are a team player, with exceptional communication and business development skills.
• Flexible and hybrid working options (following successful completion of probation)
