Salary: Starting salary of £35,000 +

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our dynamic team in Cheshire. As a Commercial Property Solicitor in our team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating property transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of commercial property matters from inception to completion
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of property law, ensuring their best interests are represented at all times.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, review legal documents, and identify any potential issues or risks associated with property transactions.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other relevant parties to coordinate and facilitate the process efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records, update case management systems, and adhere to internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 2 years' minimum fee earning experience
  • Qualifications are desirable but not essential
  • Strong knowledge of property law procedures, with a proven track record of handling complex transactions independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service and upholding professional standards of conduct and ethics.
