My client is a highly reputable and established law firm located in the heart of Chester. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team and contribute to their continued success.
Position Overview:
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in our real estate department. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of commercial property transactions, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring the smooth progress of property deals for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on various aspects of commercial property law, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
- Drafting and reviewing commercial leases, contracts, and agreements.
- Conducting property due diligence and title investigations.
- Negotiating terms and conditions on behalf of clients.
- Resolving property-related disputes and providing legal solutions.
- Staying updated on relevant laws and regulations in the field.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in commercial property law.
- Solid understanding of UK property law and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of handling complex commercial property transactions.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
