A Legal 500-ranked Commercial Property Team in Guildford is looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy team.

The firm has a lot of work to keep you busy, great lawyers you can work alongside and produce excellent quality work with.

Work-life balance is essential, so flexibility around working from home and working hours is encouraged.

Your high-quality caseload will include:

Leases
Acquisitions and Disposals
Property Finance
Re-developments

To be successful with your application you must:

Have excellent experience with Commercial Property/Real Estate
Be 7+ PQE as a Solicitor or CILEX/Legal Executive
Have good academic results
