Due to growth, a long-established, Essex-based is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the existing the department based in its Chelmsford office.

The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give the right support required to climb the career ladder. This is a great opportunity for a solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE) to join a growing firm. 

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate should be a qualified solicitor. It would be suitable for a newly qualified (NQ) solicitor to 3 years’ PQE, and you must be accustomed to handling commercial property files and have strong technical knowledge.

There is plenty of support for fee earners and this role will build on the success of the existing team, currently 2 solicitors and support staff.

Your role will involve:

  • Handling a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters
  • Support the firm in building their commercial property network
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and maintain a reputation for outstanding service
  • Contribute to the wider business objectives in line with the business strategy, vision and values
