Commercial Property Solicitor (Agricultural)- Swindon
We are looking to speak with 3-5 PQE Commercial Property Lawyers with generalist experience of managing a broad and varied caseload. You will be based out of the firms Swindon offices 2/3 days a week with a mix of working from home.
You will get the chance to work on a mixed and varied caseload, so no one day is the same. You will be advising on a lot of landlord and tenant matters, along with sales and purchases of commercial properties, finance matters as well as some plot sales. There will also be the opportunity to business develop and make a name for yourself in the legal market.
Not only will you be able to develop your own caseload, the firm also runs an annual development programme along with tailored development and learning opportunities.
On offer is the chance to work for a well established national firm, with excellent quality work. Salary shown will be higher for those 5 years PQE.
