We are actively recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE Years).
You will be purely working on Commercial Property matters.
The typical day to day work will involve but not be limited to commercial property sales and purchases, re-finances, grant of new leases and assignment of leases when acting for the landlord or the tenant.
This is a great opportunity as you will be joining a busy and growing department with lots of progression opportunities!
