About the Role
We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive with 4+ years PQE to join our client's team, working alongside their commercial property partners. The successful candidate will assume an existing caseload and will have real career prospects within the firm. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Property, you will handle a diverse range of commercial property transactions for developer, investor, landlord, and tenant clients. Our clients include a mix of commercial entities and landowners, with typical matters including sales, purchases, funding, landlord and tenant transactions, option and promotion agreements, among others.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

- Qualified and practising Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 4 years PQE in commercial property
- Sound knowledge and practical experience of commercial property work
- Experience in independently managing matters and being the lead client contact
- Proficiency in reviewing documents with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering trust with clients and colleagues
- Ability to empathize and understand clients’ needs
- Commercially minded, aligning with both client and firm interests
- Competent in managing workload and meeting deadlines
- Experience in, and interest in, business development is advantageous
- Strong IT skills
- Strong academic record
