Job Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client's Huddersfield office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commercial acumen, excellent client relationship skills, and an ambitious drive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters
• Providing high quality legal advice to a range of clients, including landlords, tenants, investors and developers
• Negotiating commercial leases, sales, purchases and property development agreements
• Participating in business development activities to help expand the firm's client base.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Commercial Property
• Strong technical knowledge in all aspects of commercial property
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle a high-volume caseload
• Proven track record for business development and client relationship management.
