I am currently working with an excellent award winning, top tier Law firm who are now looking for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor with over 2 years PQE. This is a well-established law firm who represent a mixture of clients from SME's to market leading worldwide companies.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a busy commercial property department having experience and knowledge working on complex transactional matters including hotels, shopping centre and development land.

You will have experience in securing multi-million pound loans acting for both the lender and borrower. Additionally you will have knowledge working on acquisitions and disposals
