COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, UP TO 3 YEARS PQE, GREATER MANCHESTER, UP TO C£55,000 DOE - Top 200, award winning regional law firm JOB REF: MD5208

• Reporting directly to the firm's head of commercial property you will be working on a busy caseload of complex commercial property cases.
• The firm's commercial property team deal with property sales and acquisitions, secured lending, asset management and landlord and tenant issues amongst a range of other matters.
• You will also be expected to play an active role in the commercial property team's business development activities.
• We are keen to speak to talented and ambitious commercial property solicitors anywhere within their first 3 years after qualification. Newly Qualified candidates must have undertaken at least one training contract seat in commercial property whilst more experienced solicitors must have experience in working autonomously on a commercial property caseload.
• Candidates must be technically astute with a flair for negotiation and keen sense of commercial acumen.
