Absolute Executive Search are partnered with a well-established firm of solicitors based in Yorkshire. The practice are currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing friendly team in Leeds.

The successful candidate will be joining a friendly team and have experience in handling a varied workload across all areas of Commercial Property.

Candidate Requirements:-

  • Experience drafting agreements of lease.
  • Experience in sales and purchases of commercial property.
  • Use own initiative and work proactively.
  • Advising clients on bank documentation and company loans.
  • Responsible for own caseload.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good communication skills at all levels.
  • Supervising of junior members of the team.

Competitive salary depending on PQE.
