Commercial Property Solicitor

We’re looking for a Senior Solicitor who has 4-6 PQE in commercial property to join their market-leading Real Estate team based in London.

The firm has a supportive work culture and has clear progression routes!

About the Role

• Give advice on the full range of commercial real estate, ranging from buying and selling commercial properties to landlord and tenant transactions.
• Working closely with both domestic and international individuals
• Have a clear and concise understanding of the client's business requirements and style each transaction with a personalized service

Candidate Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years PQE, and has a clear understanding of the industry they are in
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Experience working within a reputable commercial property team
• Ability to work on an extensive range of high-quality matters relating to commercial property
• Ability to handle deadlines effectively and manage workload accordingly
• Strong legal and leadership skills with a strong eye for detail
