COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR / LEGAL DIRECTOR, 5+ YEARS PQE, HAMPSHIRE, £55,000 - £100,000 (DOE) – A unique opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor looking for that next step in their career. JOB REF: 5763.

• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE gained within a leading regional or city firm who are renowned for their commercial property offerings.
• You will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to clients on a wide range of landlord and tenant matters across all sectors.
• You must possess an excellent technical knowledge of all areas of commercial property, especially landlord and tenant.
• You will have outstanding communication skills and work well within a team environment.
• An existing following would be desirable, but not essential.
