Job Description:

This is a full-time position based in London for a Commercial Property Solicitor/Lawyer. As a professional in this role, you'll possess comprehensive knowledge of commercial property law, handling various matters such as commercial conveyancing, leases, secured lending, and development agreements. Building robust client relationships, both with new and established clients, is also a key aspect of the role. Additionally, there's potential for future advancement, including progression to Head of Department or Director level over time.

Qualifications:

You should hold a solicitor/lawyer qualification with at least 2 years of robust experience in commercial property matters within a distinguished law firm.
Proficiency in various legal facets of commercial property law is essential, encompassing commercial conveyancing, leasing, development agreements, and disposals.
Demonstrated prowess in communication, analysis, and problem-solving is required.
A meticulous attention to detail is imperative, coupled with the capacity to efficiently manage workload amidst tight deadlines.
Self-motivation is crucial, along with the capability to operate autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
A track record of exhibiting a high level of commercial acumen and adaptability to dynamic environments is expected.

Previous Experience:

A commercial property solicitor with 1 PQE +. General commercial property experience including sales, disposals, landlord and tenant, licenses etc.

More about the role Working closely with the firm’s other property teams based across Manchester, Leeds and London, you will work on a range of transactional work including:
Major acquisitions and disposals for a variety of national and international clients.
Advising on investment property matters, both freehold and leasehold.
Acting for banks and other financial institutions.
Advising of day-to-day commercial property matters including title investigations.
