Commercial Property Senior Associate
Buckinghamshire
A legal 500 firm based in Buckinghamshire are currently seeking a Senior Associate to join their Commercial Property department. The firm offers a range of benefits including a generous salary of £75k+, hybrid working, bonus and more!
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial property matters, representing a diverse client base, including developers and investors, etc.

Duties include:
  • Manage a caseload of complex commercial property matters from enquiry to completion
  • Provide legal advice to clients on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects
  • Mentor and supervise junior solicitors and legal support staff
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Networking and business development with a view to enhancing and developing the department
Ideally the successful candidate will have:
  • Qualified solicitor status with 10+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial property law
  • Proven track record in handling complex commercial property transactions
  • Strong negotiation and drafting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and supervise junior colleagues
  • Ability and drive to grow and develop the department
  • Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
The successful candidate will be 5+PQE within a commercial property role with experience dealing with residential development matters including secured lending.
