COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SENIOR ASSOCIATE (5+ PQE) - Northamptonshire We are seeking a Solicitor with experience in commercial property to join a substantial and fast-growing practice in Northamptonshire. We are keen to hear from applicants that are experienced Solicitors with a strong background in Commercial Property and Property Development matters. In this role you will be undertaking a range of Property Development matters including working with house builders and landowners. Occasionally you will be instructed to handle Commercial Property matters such as landlord and tenant, construction and conditional sale agreements. With real potential of rapid career progression and an attractive remuneration package this is an opportunity not to be missed with a first class firm. Hybrid working is also considered.
