A well-established and growing law firm is currently looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their busy and friendly team. This is your opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm with strong regional presence and a reputation for its exceptional standards of legal advice and client service. They are looking for someone who has the desire to progress within their career and follow the pathway to partnership or already at Partnership level.

The Opportunity:

  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of Commercial Property matters from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients and other parties within transactions.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and develop their work.
  • Contribute towards drafting content and participation in business development opportunities.
  • A comprehensive benefits package is on offer to the successful candidate.
  • A strong career progression plan to be laid out for this candidate with the hope to obtain a pathway to partnership

You will have:

  • Substantial experience in Commercial Property with a strong desire to advance in their career.
  • Evidence of being able to develop and progress from Solicitor to Associate.
  • Excellent client care skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
