Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the preparation of legal documents related to commercial property transactions.
  • Conducting property searches and due diligence.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other professionals.
  • Managing case files and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supporting the team with research and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a commercial property.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
