You will be joining an efficient Commercial Property team which specialises in purchasing and selling of commercial properties. The team have an already strong client base and a busy workload. You will be working alongside experienced fee earners, assisting on their busy caseloads which will include drafting legal documents, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, liaising with clients and developers to gather necessary information, and conducting legal research.

To be considered for this role you will have experience working as a Commercial Property Paralegal and be keen to progress within this area of law. There are fantastic development opportunities on offer for the right person and could be a step in the right direction to getting qualified.
