About The Role

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing property management and support services to landlords and tenants. You’ll be the first point of contact for the company’s top clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting property inspections.
  • Handling lease data maintenance.
  • Overseeing rent demands & chasing.
  • Client reporting.
  • Managing compliance with RICS codes.
  • Service charge management.


Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Residential/Commercial Property Management.
  • Commercially astute with an understanding of business targets.
  • Good knowledge of the 1954 Landlord and Tenant Act.
  • Commitment to excellent client and customer care.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proactive and business-minded approach.
  • Effective communication skills & proficiency with Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Hours Of Work

  • Full-Time: Monday - Friday.
  • 9am - 5.30pm.
