Commercial Property Lawyer | Cambridge | 2 PQE +

This is a progressive opportunity with one of the most successful independent regional firms, in their Cambridge Office.

With a strong reputation and presence across the region, there is no shortage of high quality work.

They have adapted well to the times and positioned to undergo further growth. This firm are now seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate to join their friendly team.

This is a varied role, across the full remit of matters; including;

  • Landlord & Tenant
  • Commercial Property Sales and Purchases
  • Commercial Leases

The successful individual must have the experience and ability to manage an existing caseload with the desire to leverage off the firm’s reputation to develop their own relationships over time.

You will be:

  • A qualified Solicitor or CILEX with 2PQE +
  • Experienced across Commercial Property matters
