Commercial Property Claims Handler

We are delighted to be assisting this award winning, global insurer, that operates across 50+ countries with in excess of 165K employees across all product lines. Due to continued expansion and internal promotion, there are several opportunities for Senior Commercial Property Claims Handlers.

• Reporting to the Property Claims Team Leader, you will manage a portfolio of circa 250 files, from inception through to final conclusion.
• You will assist direct customers as well as brokers, to help navigate them through the claims process, whilst providing a first class level of customer service.
• You will be joining an established team, where you can benefit from the experience of others and also help to mentor and develop those less experienced than yourself.
• In addition, you will have a personalised career development plan, and you will be supported to reach your career ambitions.

To be considered:

• You must be experienced in dealing with commercial property losses within an insurer environment.
• In addition, you will have a keen eye for detail, work accurately in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
• Whilst not a prerequisite, it would add weight to your application if you hold relevant professional qualifications, such as CII.

In return, you will receive a basic salary in line with your experience up to £40,000. You will work just a 35 hour week, with hybrid working options post completion of induction and in-house training.  For those who have demonstrable experience in this field, there is the option for you to be a remote worker if you're not close to a regional office.
