Commercial Property Associate – Canterbury – Top law firm – interviewing ASAP!

Fantastic new role within a leading law firm, who are highly ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers UK. They have a fabulous, dynamic and friendly team with an outstanding client reputation.

This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced commercial property professional, who is looking for great progression and support from an expert team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2- 6 years experience within commercial property law and have a solid technical ability. The role will be working in the firm’s Canterbury offices with 2 partners and several other fee earners and comes with full secretarial support.

The role will cover general commercial property litigation, including sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, landlord and tenant disputes, leases, drafting and negotiating contracts and will also play an active role in supporting new business initiatives.  

Salary & package: £Generous , including 25 days holiday + bank holidays and private medical insurance.
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday – Friday
Location: Canterbury
