Commercial Property Associate

2+ PQE

Edinburgh

I am working on an amazing Commercial Property Associate opportunity in Edinburgh. My client is an innovative and highly regarded UK law firm that works with local and multinational companies and businesses in numerous sectors across the UK and beyond.

In this role, you will work on some of the most complex deals in Scotland with a wide range of commercial clients including leading UK and international retailers and hotel operators.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale contracts

  • Drafting and negotiating leases for landlords and tenants

  • Collaborating with the wider Real Estate division

  • Working closely with the Partners and supporting junior colleagues if required

Skills and Experience

  • Solicitor qualified in Scotland with at least 2 years’ of PQE with relevant real estate experience

  • Ability to manage your own caseload

  • Strong interest in the property industry

  • Exceptional communication skills
